Global Chief Marketing Officer

City (City Electrical Factors/CEF - Europe and City Electric Supply/CES - North America) is a multibillion-billion international electrical distributor, wholesaler, manufacturer, and online retailer of 55,000 electrical and lighting products, with more than 8,000 employees and 1,100 branches worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Spain, Ireland, and Australia.

Joined as the company’s first Global Chief Marketing Office, and member of the executive global leadership team, responsible for advancing CES/CEF brand and customer experience globally, strengthening the Marketing organization, and driving the development of omnichannel customer experiences and eCommerce platform.

Responsibility: Overseeing all corporate marketing functions, including brand, digital, insights, analytics, social, advertising, communication, and digital customer experiences across all customer segments and operating regions. Managing a team of 80 marketing professionals in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Moda is a $3+ billion healthcare organization with more than 1 million members, 3,500 employees, and a portfolio of over ten companies (including medical, dental, and pharmacy insurance, dental care, specialty pharmacy, and dental practice technology and services), all dedicated to helping people live better lives and building healthier communities.

After leading a year-long, successful effort to rename and rebrand the company, I became a member of the organization responsible for launching the new brand and transforming a 63-year-old health insurance brand into a highly recognizable consumer healthcare brand.

Responsibility: Leading marketing management, strategic planning, brand strategy, brand management, consumer experience (CX), innovation, digital, advertising, online marketing, marketing communication, social media marketing, sponsorship, and community relations for Moda and its portfolio of businesses including Moda Health, Delta Dental, and ODS.

From creating the first-ever USB flash drive to redesigning the iconic Heinz bottle, Ziba has long been at the forefront of creating new, meaningful customer experiences. It partners with Fortune 500 companies worldwide and leading global brands across every industry to create innovative new offerings and experiences (including products, services, retail, digital, and packaging, etc.) and authentic brands.

As head of growth for the organization, with P&L responsibility, I was charged with growing the company to one the top innovation and design firms in the world.

Responsibility: Heading all the marketing, brand development, sales management, new business development, strategy, communication, and public relations functions of the organization, including 40% of the total company revenue.

National Head of Product & Technical Services

Bridgestone is a global automotive industry company and the largest tire company in the world with more than $30 billion in revenues, 135,000 employees worldwide, and retail, commercial, and franchise stores in 150 countries.

As a Bridgestone Australia executive management team member overseeing product management across all consumer and commercial product categories; Bridgestone, Firestone, Bandag, and three private brands. Also responsible for technical customer service operations across over 300 company-owned and franchise retail stores and commercial accounts.
